August 25th, 2014 Vancouver, Canada – YOLO Medical Inc., (“YOLO”) an industry leader in medical and aesthetic device manufacturing and distribution, announced today that it has commenced legal action for patent infringement.
A lawsuit was filed on August 19, 2014 by YOLO Medical Inc. with the California Central District Court against the following for patent infringement: Chromogenex Technologies Ltd., Chromogenex US, Inc., Strawberry – Laser Lipo Ltd., Lilia Enterprises, LLC., Lipolaser Centers of America, One Source Media, Brandon Robinson, Jon Perlman, M.D., David Halpern, M.D., Leonard Grossman, M.D., Stephen Ronan, M.D., F.A.C.S. and VB Laser Trim Clinic.
